As a euro low lvl player where can i start the quest ? Or only way is to go to China?

Just lvl with a 5 gap and if you dont have enough SP play one lvl with 6 gap and you will be ok.

Kinda out of subject but since you mention it: light nuke strongest in game? I thought fire nukes are stronger.
And another question. Lighting nuke with fire imbue works better than lighting nuke with lighting imbue?
I am a blade user myself so its hard for me to test thats why i ask.

What exactly does it do?
I mean its the delay between the status/dmg until autopot uses potion or it is the time between 2 pots in a row?
Does it apply to all 3 kinda of potions/pills?
Should i check this option and if yes what delay should i use?
