yes. The pure int will hit harder normally, but when a crit comes the dmg is incomparable. The int will go from normal 7k to 9k crit. silkroad is actually already in third person view.. we have the option to set the camera to move freely, directly behind our toons, or at a fixed height. you do this by pressing F9 or through the options section. correct me if i'm wrong but i think you might be asking if it has a first person view ...
