It's true but it DOES NOT have anything with your question.
Highest mastery counts so you can lvl up your secondary mastery up to your's primary mastery level.

I'm using force and gonna max it. It's got really helpfull stuff like mp boost, self-breath or rez which give REALLY different dimension to the game. This game is basically grind-fest and you can't go wrong if you put all your skill points in everything execpt force but helping other people is great...
