It's monotoned and the blending isn't that great. If you go with some more colors and work on your blending you can get a good looking sig going

Eh... I'm not really liking the color scheme. A lot of things just don't flow... and the bright white and red brusing that you did on top with the drop shadow takes away too much attention from what's behind it.

Work on your text. Don't fade the DPTR part... never fade white text it looks terrible =P

Maybe add some lighting to create a little depth O.o
