but pure int is so fast lvling and he dont need much SP

Click Run go to: C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts open with notepad if you see a line under 127.0.0.1 localhost that says: 127.0.0.1 gwgt1.joymax.com or anything related to joymax under local hosts, that may be causing the problem, it also means u have been using a bot lol. and try re-download...

should i do hybrid str or hybrid int? or its late for int?
