problem solved as i reinstalled the game

got the ????????? error , as soon as i started sp gold ticket. at frist i thought it was a hrdware problem ,then i tried logging from another pc to my acc and got the same problem. i get to the logging menu enter vr code and load i even see my character for 1 sec and it crashes plzzzzz help B.S i al...

so what's the solution???

i'll try to summeriez the problem,i start the game normaly enter the image code and see my character(after much suffering as u know)
but when i press strat an error message appears the windows dont send type.
now i cant login to my accounts
