Who actually hosts and runs the Viet version of SRO? I always assumed some company in Vietnam pays a license fee to Joymax so they can host and run the game in place of Joymax for Vietnamese customers. If that's the case, then some company in Turkey would have to do the same thing. If no one wants ...
