i did relog, i reloged about 5 times actualy. and ununstalled SROE and then reinstalle it. but still no.

I uninstalled my SRO china version, and then reinstalled it today with the new SROE torrent thing. it dowdnloaded all fine no issues or anything. At lvl2 you can do wars and REGISTER in a union, you need to be lvl5 to start your own

ur most welcome. my advice, during lvl 1 to 18-19 (before doing the chakgi quest), keep ur default spawning point in jangan, once you are doing ur chakgi quest (meaning u've done all lvl jangan quest, u can change ur spawn pt to donwhang. saves money and time and wen coming out of downhang get kill...
