Have you tried Earth Ghost Warriors/Soldiers? The second lvl big rooms usually are good. Or you could try Dark/Death Karras. You could also do Devil/Demon Eyes but since their are physical, they may do more dmg then you like.

been in tarkla for an hour now, only seen two event mobs. first one i almost killed when a glavier came over and got the last shot in with the default attack and got the drop . second one didn't do anything. seems like an epic fail event imo...
