Are you guys sure that you don't notice the exp change? I get about 1029 exp from blood flowers. With the 30 exp increase, that means 1029 x 0.30 = 308.7 Add that to 1029, I should be able to get around 1300 exp(which I do). Same with my friend, he's getting the right exp.
