I'm thinking it's not just bots that were banned. Joymax has repeatedly said using ANY third party program will get you banned. They may not all have botted but have been naughty nonetheless.

I use firewall etc. but will probably get a router too eventually. Okay, an update of sorts. I formatted the hard drive hoping the problem was on my end but no luck there either. I still get the 'already connected' message and when I try to log in with my secondary account I still get the c10 error....

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Thing is that I don't have a router. I wrote a bug report and will once more re-set the modem to see if that shakes my character loose.

A lot of peeps seem to think seeing a giant entitles them to go at it even if someone else is already fighting it. I do the same with my sword/bladers if I'm being ks'ed on a giant.
