is there a de-leveling limit ?

Could one go say lvl 22 and then de-level to lvl16 and keep all the Str and int points ?

I know it's doable for 1 lvl, just wondering if there is a limit.

what i meant is that His glavie is +6 and mine is +3 with better stats.

weird, mine is +3 only and your stats seems only a bit better than mines :

phy : 172-203 (18%)
mag : 263-306 (60%)

mag is even better..

My highest mastery is lvl 29 and i'm now lvl 33 , but i'm getting the same amount of SP when killing scorpions as when i was lvl32.

I expected to get 10% more, aren't i'm supposed to farm at 40% ?
