I'm a s/s nuker, and haven't used a sword skill in i don't know how long. I personally am going to keep sword at 60, then delevel to 30 at 90 cap. It's true, the kd does give you a little more time repot during PvP, but it's not that huge a deal, at least I haven't had many problems as a pure nuker....
