Ok...i should of really posted this is Q+A. But since i need to know right now i posted here. Does the differance between your character level and an items level affect the chance of success. For example if a lvl6x was to try +5 a lvl72 weapon, would there be less chance of success than a lvl80 tryi...

It would be nice if the skills were 70+ and you had to gain them by doing quests. That involve visiting various areas of the map, and grinding on 3 different mobs for drops , maybe completing 2 trades within a certain time limit or idk...even if these quests take 3-7 days for each skill do complete ...
