But the reason I started to research about holding 9th deg, becuase I have seems it in game someone holding a 9th before I made changes to my pk2 file. That was more than a week ago...

It's a CCF blade+7, The $20 worth of astral and imm is the remaining you see. As most of player knows, sometime it takes 5+ astral to get +5, more for +6 and even more for +7.
