very easy to get a six pack if you don't have much body fat. Just do some crunches and cardio. I'd rather jump rope instead of jogging/running but that's your preference. Make sure to do different kinds of crunches and not stick with the same ones as the abdominal muscles adjust fast to your workout...

How would you guys compare the leveling to silkroad?

I've downloaded the 000031.rtp file and placed it in the patches folder. Now it stops patching at 50% at a file called data.svk? can't remember exactly..
I'll try re-installing it, maybe that'll fix the proble- thanks for the help DotCom.

I downloaded the game, but it always stops during the patching process. Gets as high as 50% but gives me an error afterwards? anyone experienced this before? really want to play this game!

It's very reliable, but I'm not sure if it will run on your '98 windows. I'd give it a try I guess.

No, steady doesnt prevent assimilation. It just prevents a durability loss when alchemy fails at +4 or higher... There is no protection against assimilation :/ O.o!
