Does the lightning magic dmg buff affect the dmg on a str char??
if so in what way???

Im making a new healer slightly different from this build....i will try it out and tell u guys the result next time whether it works, i wan to be unique so i cannot tell u all the build now. basically this build is more of supporting healer + able to solo training.... currrently change to Venice fro...

What does the % beside the skills dmg means or do???
Examples:
