am not exactly sure what it does...could anyone explain this to me...... i know fire....increase higher damag....and it burns... Ice...slow/freeze.... Lighting chain/splash...but the splash damag is extremly Low...(how to increase?) what is the shock effect? lower their parry? does that mean lower t...
