yeah if u'd go for ice, just get the buff and passive. leave the nukes .. it is fairly weak. but for me, i'd recommed u to go take heuksal .. since it's passives increases ur hp and thus good for pvp. (IMO)

Yes, u SHOULD get light not only for it's magic increase and speed, also for it's nuke.

IMO, Full INT Spear would really suits using Armor because of it's lack of physical defense.
