It says he's running a GeForce 2 Ultra...definitely need to upgrade that. Thats why I asked him... could be the problem but with an athlon 64 and 1 gig of ram I wouldnt think he would be running a vid card thats something like 6 years old. I was wondering if the software was reading the card wrong.

You do have the latest version of direct-x and the latest version of nvidia drivers correct? I checked on your MB and it doesn't have onboard video so count that out. Your graphics card, while on the low side, does not require a molex connection from your power supply so that couldnt be the problem....
