Hi i'm lvl 4x hybrid int (90%) atm. First off all excuse my bad english Here's my build with 80 gap in mind i dont use all mastery lvls cuz its not clear for me what the 80 and 90 lvl cap will bring. first of all get as much ar (attack rating) as u can. This will make your nukes more stable with the damige u do. And second it depend very much on what protector your opponent has.
