there is no theory behind it the more you play the more chance the less players the more chance the longer you kill 1 type mob the more chance that is why most bots have seal of items (24/7 grinding) and even they can`t get a seal of item guaranteed so just play and stop wasting money on useless sox...

depends on your gap (gap 4 or lower should not be a problem) and don`t do those quests just grind and start questing when your gt time is over. the exp you gain from grinding is more than what you would get from those quests just do them when your time is over (after 3 hours) grind greens during lag...
