K so Is S/S or spear best to farm SP im going to farm 175k SP before i do 1 single quest besides profession wise.

I have, just restarted from a lvl 32 nuker. I made a very bad choice of going Pure str Sword and sheild lol dont ask why. I was wondering with Pure int build with garment and spear, and using the 9 lvl gap. Is it better to do Sp farming only or quests to? And should I do fire/lightning/or ice imbue?...
