i reinstalled it to try and fix it aswell but the exact same thing keeps happening!

hey, i click start on silkroad online hoping to play the game but as soon as the gamguard dissappers a window pops up saying runtime error C++ the it says something about C:/programfiles/silkroad/sro_client.exe!!! what is this problem and how do i solve it as i am hearing good things about silkroad ...
