thats part of the new trade system these new stations, like stronghold, sell their goods only while bargain times u can sell ur goods there anytime, but not buy new ones usually u have to do quests to use these stations and u get them directly at the station npcs well thats my experience tho maybe i...

like i know it from ksro: try exp share parties, and at least 1 of the party members has to be near or with u.

party mobs should spawn then.
